COVID19: We are still operating safely online but please bear in mind there may be some delays due to staff restrictions. Currently orders are being dispatched in around 10 days.

Please do get in touch if you have an urgent order and we will do our very best! Our delivery partners are operating as normal and following all social distancing guidelines for no contact pick up and drop off.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta), PayPal and Klarna.

Delivery of lifestyle, fashion and small lighting goods to all Mainland UK addresses is £3.95 or FREE for orders over £75.00. European shipping for these items is £10 and international shipping is £20. 

Delivery of small furniture under 30kg and up to 1m in length (when boxed), to all Mainland UK addresses is FREE for orders over £75.00. European shipping is £15 and international shipping is £30. For offshore please get in touch with us at info@padlifestyle.com to check applicable shipping rates for your chosen destination.

For delivery of furniture & items over 1m in length (when boxed), both in-stock and pre-order items, shipping rates do apply. This is charged for separately once an order is placed and delivery is confirmed. Please contact us at info@padlifestyle.com if you would like a delivery quote before you purchase.

For small items up to 10kg in weight, delivery is via DPD or UPS. For larger furniture items over 1m in length and heavier items over 40kg in weight, delivery is usually via Freight Express with a 2 man, white glove service – they will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day and time. Furniture can be taken to the room of your choice and unpacked with the packaging taken away for recycling, if requested. This service is purchased separately to your order and quoted. 

Orders for in-stock items are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days (note our Covid19 timings) with furniture delivered within 14 days in the UK. For bespoke or pre order items delivery times do vary and we will confirm this once an order is made.
